Graduation In our 10:30 service this weekend, we recognize our congregation’s high school graduates and pray God’s blessings for their future. From Winneconne High School: Collin Albrecht: Universal Technical Institute - diesel & industrial power program; Espen Dahm: UW-Oshkosh - marketing; Mitchell Gonnering; Abigail Marx; Cameron Moe.  From Omro High School: Madeline Brooks: UW-Stout - construction management with a minor in safety & business.  From Berlin High School: Jacob Nyback

 

Pastor Albrecht’s Retirement Pastor Albrecht’s retirement celebration will be June 30th.  Service times will remain the same throughout the weekend.  We will be honoring Pastor Albrecht at the 10:30 service.  A reception with lunch will be held at Woodeye’s in Winneconne at approximately 11:30 am.  A signup is posted in the front classroom.  Please sign up before June 16th.  Please check your mailbox for an invitation.

 

Sovereign State Parade T-Shirt Sign up to walk with us in the parade on Saturday, July 20 to get a free t-shirt.  If you can not walk with us, the shirt is just $10.  Sign-up sheets are in the room with your mailboxes.

 

WELS NIGHT at the BREWERS Go to www.brewers.com/wels to buy discounted Milwaukee Brewer baseball tickets for WELS Night on Friday July 12 at 7:10pm. Let Pastor Berger know if you plan to attend. We might organize travel and tailgating.

 

Vacation Bible School The Neenah area churches are excited to present an Olympics-themed VBS: Ready, Set Gold!  The program will run from June 17-20 (1:00 pm-4:00 pm) at Grace Lutheran Church (1390 Breezewood Lane, Neenah) and is designed for kids ages 3-10.  You can register using the QR code found on the poster in the front classroom or by going to https://www.trinityneenah.net/ and clicking on “Vacation Bible School” under the “Our Ministries” tab.

 

Looking to lend a hand?  We’re seeking volunteers for various roles such as working with kids, preparing crafts, helping with registration or even serving snacks.  Whether you’re available only one day or all four, we’d love your help.  Sign up to volunteer for Ready, Set Gold! by going to https://www.trinityneenah.net/ and clicking on “Vacation Bible School” under the “Our Ministries” tab.

 

Summer Conferences The WELS Conference on Worship, Music and the Arts will be held in Kenosha on July 30-August 2.  There are multiple presentations, worship services and opportunities for both grade school and high school students to participate in choirs. More information is available at welsworshipconference.net  The WELS Women’s Ministry Conference will be held in Pewaukee July 28-30.  More information is available at WELSWMCONFERENCE.NET
